Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below and use our return form to proceed with a return. 

•  Items can be returned for Store Credit only. The store credit will be issued for the total amount in the form of a Gift Card Code sent via email. 

•  All returns for store credit must be received within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

•  All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke/smell free condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

•  Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

•  Sale items are all FINAL SALE & will not be reimbursed if sent back.

•  Store credits and do not expire. Store credits apply to inventory only and cannot be used toward shipping charges.

•  Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.

•  We do not accept returns on jewelry or accessories or bags (unless there is damage).

•  Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

•  Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the three day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

•  If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department.  Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size.  We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited in the form of store credit. You will receive an email when your return is processed.

Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. 

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If we sent the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service at 408-935-2298 and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
